TradeScope is an AI-assisted estimating and scope intelligence platform operated by Sajdak Group Holdings WLL (registered in Bahrain; Australian operations conducted under the same entity). In this policy "we", "us" and "our" refer to Sajdak Group Holdings WLL.

Payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Inc / Paddle Bahrain WLL) acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle is an independent data controller for payment data.

Primary operational data is stored on AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2), within Australia. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2 minimum). Access is restricted to platform administrators.

Backups are encrypted and retained for disaster recovery purposes only.

7. Data retention

Account and tender data is retained while your subscription is active. After account closure, data is retained for 7 years to meet financial and legal compliance requirements, then securely deleted. De-identified usage analytics may be retained indefinitely.
