Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026  ·  TradeScope by Sajdak Group Holdings WLL

1. Service description

TradeScope is an AI-assisted estimating and scope intelligence platform for Australian trades (electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and data/communications). It is operated by Sajdak Group Holdings WLL ("the Provider"). All payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Inc / Paddle Bahrain WLL) acting as Merchant of Record.

2. Acceptance

By registering for TradeScope you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are registering on behalf of a company you warrant that you have authority to bind that company.

3. Monthly subscriptions

4. Annual subscriptions

5. Free trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial. Trial access is subject to fair-use limits. At the end of the trial period your account is suspended until you subscribe to a paid plan. Your tenders and data are preserved and immediately accessible again when you subscribe.

6. Payment processor

All payments are processed by Paddle acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and remits all applicable taxes (including Australian GST). Your payment details are held by Paddle under their own Privacy Policy — TradeScope never sees or stores your card number.

7. Acceptable use

TradeScope is for lawful estimating and scoping purposes only. You must not use the platform to generate fraudulent tenders, misrepresent quotes, or for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this clause without refund.

8. AI-generated content

Scope extractions, RFI drafts, budget benchmarks, compliance references, and other AI-assisted outputs are provided as estimation guidance only. They do not constitute professional engineering, electrical, plumbing, or fire-safety advice. You are responsible for verifying all estimates before submitting them to a client or regulatory authority.

9. AS/NZS compliance references

TradeScope references Australian/New Zealand Standards (AS/NZS) by clause number only. We do not reproduce standard text. Compliance references are indicative aids — they do not substitute for holding and reading the relevant standard, which must be obtained through Standards Australia (standards.org.au).

10. Intellectual property

The TradeScope software, platform, and underlying algorithms are owned by the Provider. Tender documents, scope data, and estimates that you create remain your intellectual property. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely to provide the service.

11. Data and privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider's total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of TradeScope is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or economic loss arising from your use of AI-assisted estimates or scope data.

13. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising under these Terms is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
